TERMS OF SERVICE
Commissioning me - means you have properly read, understood, and AGREE to the terms listed.
General (abridged):
♦ I own all of the rights to my works.
♦ It is prohibited to use my work to train/use in AI models
♦ I am allowed to post the artworks in my social media
♦ I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio
♦ I have every right to decline a commission
♦ I am obliged to give you the best of my efforts♦ You have full right to commission me
♦ You can post artwork purchased from me in your social media with author credit
♦ You can post artwork purchased from me in your social media without required author credit with additional fees
♦ You can repost artwork done by me with author credit♦ All payment is in USD
♦ Accept only PayPal
♦ Payment is done in 50/50 transactions
♦ No refunds.All of the work done is 100% original

Terms of Service
By ordering services from the Artist curcuma you are by default agreeing to this terms and conditions.
Terminology:
Artist – the person selling / providing the commission;
Customer – the person / institution purchasing commission from the artist;
Commission – the product provided by the Artist, purchased by the Customer;
Artist's rights
1.1 All the commission done by the Artist is under copyright
1.2 If you are to violate the copyright - the Artist has every right to decline further work / collaboration / commission with you
1.3 No matter what, it is prohibited to use commission or any other artwork from the Artist in any Artificial Inteligence technology
1.4 Artist remains with the right to use commission in Artist's further development, such as social media, advertisment and portfolio
1.5 Artist remains with the right to decline commission from the Customer, without stating the reason
1.6 Artist is required to be providing quality commission
Customer's rights
2.1 Customer has full right to order a commission
2.2 Customer has the right to ask information about the commission and the commission process
2.3 Customer has the right to share the commission and the commission process provided by the Artist on Customer's social media only with credit to the Artist
2.4 Customer has the right to share the finished commission on Customer's social media without credit to the Artist only if the Customer has purchased commercial use or copyright from the Artist
2.5 Customer remains with the right to cancel the commission on any stage of said commission
Payment Policy
3.1 All the payment is done in USD ($)
3.2 Customer is responsible for paying any fees incurred during the transfer of funds to the Artist.
3.3 All of the fund transfer is done only with PayPal
3.4 The pyment is done in a 50/50 transactions. 50% of the the previously agreed-upon price with the Customer before the beginning of the commission; 50% of the the previously agreed-upon price with the Customer after the commission is done
3.5 The commission can not be started before the first payment is done
3.6 If the price exeedes 300$ payment plans may be negotiated.
3.7 The "Sketch Page" commission can not be done in 50/50 transactions and must be paid in one payment
3.8 Any other occurring cases must be negotiated and agreed upon by the Customer and the Artist before the start of the commission
Refund Policy
4.1 In the case of cancelation the commission no matter the stage of the commission if Customer has transferred the funds there will be no refund
4.2 If the Artist has not made any progress on the commission after the first payment for a period of more than one month without stating the reason and discussing it with the Customer, Customer has the right to get a full refund on the price Customer has transfered
Commission
5.1 Any NSFW commissions can not be asked or purchased by persons under the age of 18 years old
5.2 If the Customer is to purchase a NSFW commission, Customer must state that they are a person over the age of 18 years old
5.3 During the commission process a proper comunication is required both from the Artist and the Customer. Both need to adress eachother with due respect
5.4 Standard and routine commission process is: (does not apply for Sketch page commission)
🐟︎ First discussion of the commission (Customer states what they want, Artist responce with what they can offer, negotiation of the price)
🐟︎ The first payment
🐟︎ Sketch and sketch confirmation (Artist sends over the sketch to the Customer, here is where most of the revisions happen, please be reasonable with the amount of the revisions)
🐟︎ Linart, flatcolor confirmation (Based on the confirmed sketch Artist continues commission, a revision of overall color happens here)
🐟︎ Render (Artist finishes the commission, minor details can be altered on this stage)
🐟︎ Finish, the second payment
🐟︎ Commission is sent to the Customer
5.5 Commission can not be send to the Customer if the Customer has not made the second payment
5.6 The finished commission is sent to the Customer in digital format (png, jpg), most of the time on the email adress that is provided by the Customer
5.7 In the event of order cancellation the Customer will not receive the commission no matter the stage of the completion
5.8 Upon the delivery of the commission, the Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the finished commission. Artist can not guarantee that the original copy of the commission will be available if the Customer lost their files
5.9 The original file of the commission (the program file) can not be sent to the Customer unless the Customer bought the copyright to the commission
5.10 A standard commission delivered by the Artist is for personal use only
5.11 Purchased comercial use of the commission guaranties the use of the commission in commercial purposes to the Customer
5.12 Purchased copyright releases the Artist from ownership of the work and guaranties it to the Customer
5.13 Under any circumstances Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI training
Commission queue
6.1 The Artist can work on three commissions simultaneously
6.2 It is not requaired to assemble a set of three commissions for the Artist to start working
6.3 If the Customer wants to commission the artist but the queue is full, they will be put on the waiting list and will be contacted when the queue moves
